very complicated, CDU having to keep OW interests at $3.80 happy whilst a new investors will want the best price (maybe above $3.80), CDU want best price for holders, buy back set the SP price below OW price of late, WOW, cant wait to see all the final prices.
Do CDU have 15% up their sleeve to issue if need be?
