ASIC (in an ann this morning) have ordered the financial accounts of SGH. I see it fit that they do same with this mob too, especially given the timely share sale by top management which made them very wealthy individuals at the expense of ordinary shareholders. I'd like to know what they knew when they sold out, that the retail holder may have not.
