Is this HN Law group that you have cited and provided their article, which side are they backing and are they reputable? I do not understand their relevance beyond being an Australian group of Attorneys at law.

I like his first suggested action "Keep your eyes and ears open". Great advice provided you are not blind or hearing impaired. The article appears to be targeted to general folk and not in respect of ISX or payments processing providers in particular?
