    Thinking on this a bit more, it occurred to me another scenario could unfold that would make it unwise to sell at 26c on market.

    Now that SOL have the EXCO Board 'in their pocket' if they want a greenmail exit they can go to the likes of xstrata and strike a deal. For example, the new bidder offer 30c to all shareholders and CopperChem gets its royalty payments renegotiated or whatever.

    Don't hang up just yet folks.
