This equity has seen better days.
Any idea about a second takeover offer? For me, it makes the most sense to realize synergies between the two platforms. I owned both platforms in the past (bought at 26c April 2020) and sold north of 1 dollar. Don't dream of making a play like that this time but I genuinely believe these are (NWL and PPS) good platforms. Still, operational costs keep on climbing and, they are not very concerned about profitability or path towards profitability.
I believe this phase of the equity cycle rewards profitable companies.
