Another takeover rumor in the Nash Market

Immuron is only 2 years behind Genfit but the latter has a market cap of over €850 M ( ~ AUD 1.1 Billion)  and our goldmine just at laughable $30 M . Once investors discover this brutally undervalued gem then it will fly like a rocket .

Swiss drugmaker Novartis (NYSE: NVS) is in talks to acquire France-based biotech company Genfit (OTC: GNFTF), according to a person claiming to have knowledge of the matter. It wasn't clear how much Novartis is willing to pay for Genfit, but discussions are said to be at an advanced stage. Talks could still break-off without a deal.
Genfit is developing a treatment for NASH, or non-alcoholic steato-hepatitis, and it has been the subject of takeover speculation before. Late last year a report from Bloomberg indicated that Genfit is working with advisors to explore options, including a sale. Genfit was also said to be weighing licensing agreements, partnerships or joint ventures. The Bloomberg article mentioned Sanofi, Novartis, and Shire as companies potentially interested in a deal with Genfit.
Separate rumors last year suggested that Novartis was considering a takeover of U.S. rival Intercept (Nasdaq: ICPT), a company that is also developing a treatment for NASH. At the time, Intercept told StreetInsider that it doesn’t comment on M&A speculation.
Representatives for Genfit didn't respond when asked about the latest rumor. Novartis said in an email that it doesn't comment on rumors and speculations.
