I will be looking into either putting in her name or even better creating a family trus and transferring the assets. In the interim thought his is what we have. I am tending to agree with you that the expenses must be split as the the income is split, just have not seen any clasue or ruling on this so I thought I would post my query to the helpful HC'erites
