By any objective view, the current chart of UNS is awful.

This is not meant as an attack on holders or the so-called
fundamentals, but if you try hard enough, and choose your
indicators etc. to suit your pre-ordained opinions, you
can convince yourself of anything.

Strip away all the clutter and all the "noise", just plot
the SP and maybe a couple of moving averages, and what
you are left with is a very UGLY chart, which few real
TA's would touch (on the long side) with a 10 foot pole.
