Even if there are board changes which would be a huge plus, we are back to square 1 i.e the core business is basically breaking even and this has come at a terrible cost to shareholders i.e the dillution to date has been sickening. If it does start making profits then unfortunately, there are too many mouths to feed in terms of shareholders.
On the other hand, if they want to try and flog the business off, what is it worth? Look at the financial statements, all goodwill has been written off. Look at the message the board is giving.
I agree with you about the CEO. He must must move down to a less responsible position with significant pay cut.
