just had another theory run past me.....
rewind 18 months to 2 years......what would the zyl ip have been worth? $10 million, $15 million?????
mal has bought maybe $1 million worth of stock and lent the company $500k. so as a creditor assuming he now has rights to any assets, for $1.5 mill he has effectively acquired the ip....
maybe not a bad investment???????
