nah, even that theory doesnt make sense....
since Mal did the loan he has bought several million more shares....
no need to do that once he was a creditor.
+ he is too nice a guy to hurt other shareholders in this manner. his reputation as an ethical businessman is more important to him than money!!! i dont buy it......
