WORRIED SHAREHOLDER, Hi Rotoso, Thank you for the Blak/Crab site, I have been through the opinion article, and unfortunatly I am now more worried than ever before,as it seems that there are a lot of shareholders who may rely on this opinion, I have studied the section of the mining act and there is no penalty for such a breach of Sect 69, it only says that land shall not be applied for. We the shareholders are being held back from our full potential to advance forward. Why is it not an option to settle this dispute between Yarri and EMA????
