but when T4p originally posted the bit that he highlighted on this thread, I did notice it and asked him about it, and Im pretty sure he said that at the EGM they could vote on a placement at 12cents retrospectively.

so if thats correct, i suppose theoretically it could still be part of the 50 million.

but yeah, probably isnt so we can still expect another 50 million dilution at higher prices?!
