Tinwins.....The Tendering Team not giving the Site Team any prospect of achieving a profit which in a D&C environment is suicide then Senior Management blaming Site Team for not achieving margins. Not looking at the correct place for the root cause of the Projects demise. A number of Staff moved on unjustly and those that remain leaving so that they cannot be treated in the same cavalier manner.

18th April 16 announcement states Project would be complete by Mid Year...still way off this according to reports.
