I was in the Philippines recently, and paid as little as 50 peso for a packet of Winston or Marlboro 20's.

Based on an exchange rate of 40 peso to one Aussie dollar, that's $1.25 per 20 ciggies.

I've heard that in the provinces, they're even cheaper!!

I didn't see many Filipinos smoking though, especially the women.

Maybe that's why their skin is so smooth and wrinkle free!
