It might be possible (with the right catalyst) to use this gas directly to make ammonia (ie fertilizer). This would boost the helium content of the remaining gas to 25% and reduce the nitrogen to 27%. The helium would be easy to recover.
There is an outside possibility that the helium might carry economic amounts of the rare helium isotope He3. DYOR.
