extension of K licence - a step in the right direction. But let's face it, in any normal country such things are a given not a reason to base sp rises on. Also, how many times in the future will all this palaver be necessary to go through again as further 'extensions' are required? And finally, it couldn't be that the company got wind of the extension so organised the consolidation just prior to the event could it?
