I've got an idea. I've got a spare $50. If we each chuck in the same amount we can create ourselves a fund called the AGRO fund (Aussies that Got Ripped Off). We can then make an unsolicited offer to MST management to invest, made via email or internet chat room. As saviours for the company we can negotiate a special placement price of $0.000000000001 and have the company pay us a transaction fee in the bargain, just like ASOF. We can then use the fee to pay for the placement.
The above would result in each of us getting 100 trillion MST shares and sufficient voting power to elect our own reps to the board. Maybe then we will truely know what the hell is going on. We would know if there is truely secret stuff or if that yet again was just BS. Better still we could show Springtree and its lawyers just what a truely "special opportunity" MST was and see who exactly management have been dealing with behind the scenes. We might never get our $50 back but we could make damned sure nobody else walked away with the prize and left shareholders with nothing.
