This is useless to elevate the significance of Tanzi's latest paper. Nobody would publish GROUNDBREAKING new findings in a low level journal. Dr Eisen (do you intentionally downgrade him as Mr Eisen?) is Professor of UC Davis. He is definitely eligible to discuss serious scientific matters with Tanzi.
