It's not a question of who said what; it's a question of possible insider dealing - an issue which could ruin a company. Paranoia? Perhaps you could send ASIC an email telling them they're paranoid as well. I'm not the only one who smells a rat here.

I don't really care if "Pokerface" is animal,vegetable, or mineral; he was simply pontificating on issues about which he could have knowledge ONLY IF HE WERE A DIRECTOR. You say he'snot a director; fine. He was simply talking through his hat then.
