Im very surprised at your comments pokerface. Geez I'd be more concerned if I was THR on satisfying properly the ASX queries rather than defamation lawsuits. Whilst the article may not be completely correct, one has to think that THRs response in respect to directorship and company secretary was unsatisfactory and will require further explanation. Even if all above board, this decision to sell shares at such a crucial time seems such a naive action and makes you question management's experience in my opinion.
Regardless of THRs potential, issues such as this have a nasty habit of affecting confidence and shareprice.
Let's hope results of discussions with other interested parties comes to fruition soon, otherwise we are looking at further delays.
