If you mean the daily shootouts in the black neigborhoods by gang members...nope...doesnt even register...why would they..they dont mean a dam thing to the pollies or the residents involved ...why should I give a rats behind
A while back the DA refused to charge one who I think killed another in a shoot-out on street because he reckoned they were just sorting tings out among themselves
