Perpetual imperialist war overseas means war against society at home. War against any opposition, war against thought and war against democracy.
Society has to saturated in war propaganda and militarism.

$ $ $ trillions has to be sacrificed for the war effort.
If they spent that money on health and education, on overcoming inequality, on infrastructure and jobs there wouldn't need to be any special "school security".
