I reckon AOE board will recognise that any bid they make on their own, will be bettered by BG.
It really is up to Shell/NHC, imo.
Who knows though. AOE should bid at least once more though, if only to make BG pay more for PES and hence increase the cash they will get for what they hold of PES.
If AOE pull bid, I will watch BOW closely.
