I understand a some of the critisisms made about HML with respect to trading Jbl shares which seems incestuous, but lets remember that this is still a young fund. It would be much stranger if they did not have conflicting interests at the early stage. As for the critisisms of HML being some scheme, I doubt this is true as a scheme would never ever distribute profits to lower level investors.

I think that we need to stop sounding the horn and trading on every shred of news we hear. I'm still glad the sale of JBL did not go to BHD as that would be very strange, but I am confident with the ethics board they are establishing, it seems stu wants to be a transparent pirate.
