Vision Eye Institute, for those that remember when it was listed, imploded on vendors exiting escrow arrangements on wanting to be paid double their acquisition deal remuneration post lock up.

That is, vendors into that roll up banked the goodwill on sale, worked for less than market rate salaries for a defined period and then wanted to jump ship post lock up period.

Regarding the string on acquisitions executed by AHX; any idea what remuneration is paid to vendors during the lock up period and how that compares to their pre acquisition earnings and comparable market profit shares?
