ANZMS 1550 apr put 28c
the eto had a 4c spread today, I know cos I wrote some at 25c. 4c eto spread is equal to a 1c warrant spread. Isnt there suppose to be a liquidity premium in warrants? Its the same spread.......rofl
On this occasion the warrant is fairly priced (even cheap) compared to the option.
My view is that you are mad to buy a 1550 anz put. It may go to 1580 again, but I doubt any lower. By buying this put you are expecting 1522 just to break even........could be right, but Im betting against it.
