No news after another week. I am beyond guessing what the various vessels are doing but its sure a long time since we spudded! This is totally on the outside of the range of time we expected the drill to take. No news can only mean one of 2 things IMHO. Firstly, that they are still drilling or still assessing what they have found, or secondly they have found something but are holding off on announcing while Blocks A1 and A4 in The Gambia are being negotiated. Although this latter possibility is questionable and not to the protocol of announcing that the JV has stuck to previously, there is a chance that CNE being the operator and also touted to be interested in The Gambia blocks could hold onto news. The third possibility is that they are finished and its a duster but if that were the case they would have announced it.
Surely news by tonight or Monday/Tuesday??
