Hardly. Whether the mkt puts value on any information or not is not how the disclosure regs are interpreted. It's simply information which is known to the BOD or mgmt which could influence SH's or investors to buy or sell the stock and the impact of the buying or selling could be detrimental or advantageous to known SH's My belief is that if this was good news we would have seen a + material move. Stuff like this is too difficult to keep quiet as we have seen in past.
