Another week of silence?

Here we go again, another week of silence ahead whilst our SP drifts downwards? How can our board seriously think that we are not sitting here fuming at their lack of progress with our company?
This is an absolute disgrace and unless they think the wider business community is blind or they simply don't care, they should know that they are not fast becoming, but have already a well established reputation amongst quality boards as being a total joke with snouts firmly in the trough only for self interest.
What are you actually doing? Still considering the proposal? Where is the progress? Where are the updates? Where is the continuous disclosure?
