I don’t know how many times you have to be told, Uruguay is out of DC’s control now.

Try to take emotion out of it - the smart play is to be patient and progress the projects we are in control of.

As soon as there is word that Uruguay is progressing sentiment can turn and so can the SP - very quickly.
