Imajin, I think you raise a good point. The press re Hanlong being asked to lock in partners does indicate that they may not want a controlling interest in the hands of Hanlong, given the importance of this project strategically.
I also read it like you that the Chinese are keen otherwise there have been a few exit doors along the way.
As we were thinking, this hasnt been a one headed chinese beast play after all.
By the way, I will be buying on any dramatic downswing next week. It could be a capitulation event to wash out the emotionally battered.
