Basically the whole sector has been hammered, AVM worse than most but it's hard to find a mining stock that hasn't retraced significantly.
We're dealing with more than company specific sentiment here, there's a lot of pessimism in regard to the worlds fundamental economic stability. Seems to be a lot of fear we're heading into a deflationary period in which prices for commodities are going to drop severely. Time will tell.
