The way i read it is the 8c is NOT included in the 63c cash costs...Why? For accounting purposes the pre-strip is capex so is amortarised over the remaining life of the mine ie out to 2015.

So the real costs are 71c...hey i might be wrong and happy to, but that will take the pre-strip to final stage 5 and finish it..

Then the costs of mining will fall from 2010 all thru til 2015. LOM costs are actually 52usc/lb til 2015.
