Holding in Company
Weatherly International plc received notification on 16 November 2006 from Gersec Trust (“Gersec”) that the beneficial interest in the Ordinary share capital of the Company held by Gersec stands at 14,082,000 Ordinary shares of nominal value 0.5 pence each, representing an interest of 4.15%.
As of 16 November 2006, the Company had 339,419,361 shares in issue.
