    Hedley is merely a shareholder in the fund having resigned from the board.

    I suspect HLG would be in a better position had they stopped paying distributions earlier. Tom Hedley would have needed these badly to try to stave off bankruptcy of his other interests.

    HLG have re-negotiated finance with NAB so as a holder I'm now hoping for a recovery over time.

    Still a long term spec buy for me!
