a recent example is an afghan policeman was raping a boy in the us camp in afghanistan and a sergeant sorted the afghan out yet after a complaint was lodged he was summarily charged and removed from service. it is the policy of the american administration and the armed services that these types of incidents are cultural and should be left alone.
