jc1981: With due respect, I am quite confused about the logic of your post?
On the one hand, you state that your valuation of ITC is in the "about 15-25c range". (I agree)
On the other hand, you state: "too late to buy at low price". On this I fully disagree: Buying now at anywhere below 6.5c is still very LOW !! All JIMHO, of course. Time will tell.
