I can't recall when I have last read a post that has nailed the situation as succinctly as I believe you have

i am grateful for Sam (and others posts) for their information and opinion .... I can understand Itsas passion for the business and reverence to the elected board , despite my not having elected them, and not sure who did as I am used to seeing nominations just get carried annually at AGMs given majority holdings ... but I continue to hold this share personally, despite the terribly disappointing SP trend, because of (1) its cause, and (2) Charmainnes inclusion in the business.

but the objective insight you have offered in this post should help to crystallize things for some and maybe even help to take the heat out of recent posts as at the end of the day we are all, as you have pointed out, holders.
