    Strategic change in the development plan means it's going to take time....some serious discussions must be on behind closed doors.....and that takes times....ANP management does not want to miss out on oppurtunity for the sake of quick announcement ....if the Dystro results are stellar.....which they are...so...
    Don't expect announcement soon as it may take a few more weeks...
