    If you review the PPMD 'latest research' page they are currently advocating for combinations in therapies with the thesis that they will be more effective. I can't post the link for some reason.

    The way I see it someone like Sarepta would have little to lose by trialling their drug in combo. It keeps good will with the ppmd community and keeps their company and drug front and centre in treatment of this disease. Sarepta are all in on DMD and cannot afford to stand still and watch others beat them to the punch.
