i trade actively every week, the past yr has been littered with trades where i have bought and sold within 24hrs, OR sold and bought back.

At any particular time I have 20 plus stocks.

If i was doing this in a personal capacity I would fall under the trading for profit rules where there is no capital gain.

But I am not , it is my smsf, but the extensive trading history would mean that whatever i do would not not raise any flags , that much I am certain.

Thankfully next year , smsf will be going into pension phase , so wont have to even consider.
