I think with the chart and SP action , I see one year high as first target which was the previous high too a few years ago..17c...
In the last few months SP has retraced from 11.5 c a couple of times so thats the breakout and not 10c as someone suggested...
Once 11.5 is taken out 17c should be easy and obviously 24c CR price is third target and resistance..
In case if LC news comes around with a few $$ or even $$ from some funding as Sam suggest , all above does not matter and 24c can be the first target..
Either way Sams spring action can come in play..
