In this tough funding market I think its chicken and egg again
we need x million to do this trial on our good idea, no problems we'll give you the money but take and arm and a leg in shares
no thanks we'll come back further down the road when we have ticked boxes and look way better and when you are willing to do it for a leg only and not an arm and a leg
no problems, too risky for all as it stands and finance too expensive
