It is fair value because the stock market is the most accurate discounting mechanism short of the wheat market. We have many people also selling the peaks and buying back on the dips who are taking a chance imo of getting left behind if announcement comes out unexpectedly. 24 cents is fair price being we have only completed phase 2 trial.
