    Wave 1 rose by 7.7c. Normally Wave 3 has  the  most momentum among 1-3-5 waves with typical rise which is 1.618 times that of Wave 1 i.e. 12.46 (1.618 x 7.7), and hence target price is 17.2 (4.7+12.46). Also as Wave 3 rise cannot be weaker that Wave 1, the minimum target is 12.4 (4.7+7.7). Therefore 15+ is the average guess of 12.4 and 17.2. If postive news is expected during the  Wave 3, 20+ is possible just like what happened to B I T.
