The lack of any detail whatsoever on how these options may drive any performance outcome is very concerning.

other companies do this well by specific award when a milestone is hit and I would be supportive of something similar that is specific and timeframed.

what this represents from the board is the most concerning, if this is the level of rigour and detail they choose for something so simple it's no wonder they seem to have lost direction elsewhere.....
I'm away at the moment but will be voting down (with my paltry holding) as soon as I'm back as well as communicating the type of resolution I would be likely to support that would include escrow.

one thing it certainly has confirmed which is a real shame, I won't be rushing in to increase my holding anytime soon.
