Itsa - it seems you have numerous ulterior motives in respect of this stock. Pumping incessantly, unbridled love for MD & a seeming need to muzzle critical commentary on the aforementioned CEO. For goodness sake let the market speak, let the shareholders speak & let them vote as they wish.
If the SH have got the wrong end of the stick with the proposed resolutions -maybe the company should come out with a clarifying statement without your numerous exhortations to contact PH. Business smarts 101- control the messaging. Maybe Imps mate Kouchin drafted the resolutions
