Peter is on the money when it comes to inflation being structural (arising from 13 years of money printing and zero borrowing cost) and now accelerating globally 1970s style while rates are still near the post GFC near zero, talk about behind the curve.

Rampant inflation is having a detrimental impact on cost of living. Now having to cross shop basic essential between Aldi, IGA and the quick sale items at Woolies. Price hikes means the latest offerings at my favourite furniture bulk store is out of reach.

Hopefully, relief comes when the great man soon helps our partners to lay the foundation stone where the funding and project big build dovetails nicely.
