Yes. That would make sense for why Ding deliberately decided to let the placement lapse. It's quite obvious from the wording in the update. It's only fair to us shareholders.
The MidWest placement was put together way back when things were totally different and without the knowledge of how much ANS would evolve let alone having achieved so much in getting the project ready to commence in such a short time.
Literally, the situation now compared to then is heaven and earth.
I am much happier now for the register to be undiluted.
